Programs at St. Paul's:
"DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS"
At St. Paul's, member programs and activities are known
as "Discipleship Groups."  Many Discipleship Groups are
active right now that provide a perfect opportunity for
fellowship and community service.  Give the church office
a call at 316.263.0810 for more information on times,
dates and locations.

ALPHA
Christianity 101, food, fellowship, safe environment for all
questions.  Call the office at 316-263-0810 to let us know
you are interested.

Altar Guild
This is the behind the scenes group that makes sure that
our Sunday worship experience is prepared.  We currently
have 2 crews that serve 2 months at a time.  With
Communion 2 times every Sunday, they put out a lot of
effort.  If you are interested in helping, please let Elaine
Harvey know.

Bible Studies
An Adult Bible Study is held every Tuesday afternoon.

St. Paul's also features a Sunday evening Home Bible
Study on the 3rd Sunday of each month with a meal.  The
Bible Study begins at 6PM and is followed by dinner.  The
group is studying the Book of Acts.  If you are interested in
participating, please contact the church office at 316-263-
0810.

St. Paul's offers a Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study,
which is held between the two Sunday church services,
from 10:00AM to 10:30AM.  The group will continue a bible
study based on the trials of the prophet Elijah on May 11
and 18.

Choir
We have a Church Choir that sings every Sunday during
the school year.  We meet Wednesday nights at 7:30
downstairs in the choir room and sing a variety of music
carefully selected by our fearless leader Frances Sloan.
This is NOT a closed group, and we welcome anyone that
wants to make a joyful noise!

English for Speakers of Other Languages
(ESOL)
ESOL - Learn English at St. Paul’s Classes are 10-12
Mon. – Thurs. 4 levels of instruction, beginning to
advanced, with conversation, grammar, reading and
vocabulary practice.  Tuition is $15 a month and the first
month is free.

FaithWeaver Friends
Wednesday night Sunday School for grade schoolers with
the exciting feel of VBS.  We have so much fun sharing the
gospel in the middle of the week and would love for you to
join us.

Gather
The 3rd Saturday of the month, young women meet for
lunch sans offspring and significant others.  We are a
varied group of ladies and are having a wonderful time
getting to know each other and our respective cultures.

GoZones!
Pastor Dave Fulton is our Site Supervisor and Leon
Rausch is the GoZones! Coordinator, but we all can help
with this program.  Not only are financial gifts needed,
supplies, snacks and volunteer hours are also crucial to
making a difference in the lives of the children that attend
this program.  If you would like to help in some way and
don't know how, please give Pastor Dave or Leon a call at
316-263-0810.

Habitat for Humanity
On Saturday, April 19, 2008, a work group from St. Paul's
will assist in the construction of two homes that are being
built between April 7 and May 3.  If you are interested in
helping, please contact the church offices at
316-263-0810.

Quilters
Watch out, this group is addictive!  Every Friday morning
this group gets together and has a blast.  They have made
quilts for the Tomah Shinga auction the last several years
and done many other projects.

SPAM - St. Paul's Adult Men
This is a guy's night out group, activities vary from movies
to Wingnut's games and just plain fellowship.  Dan is also
the coordinator for this.

SPGOLF
Let's play Golf!  The first Saturday of the month we will
play an area course.  This is open to all ages, genders
and personality types. Dan Kallman is the coordinator for
this, so contact him via email at
dan@kallmans.com to
reserve your spot.

SPROUT - St. Paul's Raising Offspring Up
Together
SPROUT is a group hosting kid friendly activities away
from church to give our little ones time to spend with each
other.

Please, join us this year.  Most of the dates are on the 4th
Saturday of each month.  Most of the events are free of
charge and often 1/2 price admission coupons are
available, in order to keep costs down.

We meet at the entrance of most places and determine
meeting places for things like the River Festival Parade.
Give Deb Ary a call if you can join us, so we know to wait
for you at the gates (316.686.3569 or
mooseandmouse@cox.net).

Saturday Breakfast Crews
Come join a breakfast team.  We prepare and serve
breakfast for our community and get to know each other
much better.  We always have a great time and can use a
variety of workers, servers, cookers, dishwashers,
minglers, and the like.  We usually start around 7:00 A.M.
St. Paul's week is the second Saturday of each month.
The first Saturday is held at Fairview Christian Church, the
3rd is covered by Reformation at St. Paul's and the 4th
Saturdays are shared by NuStar, Christ Lutheran, and
Lord of Life at St. Paul's as well.  Gloria Dei will serve on
the 5th Saturdays.  Thank you to all who serve!

Spanish Class
Thursday nights we get together and learn Spanish from
our very own Maria Guadalupe Aleman.  There isn't a skill
level needed to start, just come on by.
